We highly recommend checking the available butcher dates before ordering your birds so that you can plan accordingly.

2024 Butcher Dates
Butcher dates are by appointment only. You may contact us via phone, email, Facebook messenger or use the form below to request a date. Dates fill quickly and availability is subject to change. We highly recommend scheduling your butcher date when your order your chicks or when they arrive. We can help you figure out a date based on growth charts.
Butcher Dates are not flexible. When you select and confirm a date, that is your butcher date. Due to high demand for our services we do not have the flexibility to move birds around, especially large numbers of birds.
We offer processing services for small numbers of Cornish Cross Meat Chickens on Wednesdays in June, July & August. (30 Bird Max. for the day)
We no longer process ducks.

For your convenience you may fill out the form below to request a butcher date. Dates are subject to availability and we will call or email you to confirm your date. Requests are answered in the order they are received and we will contact you within 2 business days of the receipt of your request.
